Under the authority of the Canadian Aviation Security Regulations, CATSA is permitted to collect your personal information for the purposes of responding to your enquiry or complaint. The information you provide will be used to process your enquiry and may be forwarded to the operating department responsible for responding to your request. The information you provide is protected in accordance with the Privacy Act and will be used for follow-up and statistical reporting purposes. The Privacy Act states that you have the right to access your personal information and request changes to incorrect information. Should you wish to make a request to access or correct your personal information or if you have any questions about this collection, please contact the CATSA Access to Information and Privacy Coordinator.
